A fire alarm system gives occupants vital early warning, allowing safe evacuation before a fire spreads. Our engineers carry out quarterly and bi-annual service visits as required, including functional checks of detectors, call points, sounders and control panels, along with battery and standby power testing.

On completion you receive the appropriate certification records to demonstrate compliance to insurers, fire officers and auditors. Where defects are found we report them clearly with a recommended course of action.

Emergency lighting is designed to illuminate escape routes and firefighting equipment, and to allow safe progress to the fire assembly point. We perform quarterly tests, verifying that luminaires, exit signage and escape routes meet the required illuminance levels.

Each visit is logged and certified, giving you a clear, dated record of compliance. We identify failed fittings, batteries nearing end-of-life and coverage gaps, with a transparent quotation for any remedial works.

I.S. 291:2015+A1:2022 defines how portable fire extinguishers should be selected, positioned, commissioned, inspected and maintained. Our service includes the annual basic service, extended service and overhaul intervals appropriate to each extinguisher type, plus correct siting surveys and signage.

We supply and install the correct extinguisher classes for your risks (water, foam, CO₂, dry powder, wet chemical), tag and certify each unit, and maintain a full asset record so nothing slips past its service date.
